NMEDA , they are a non-profit trade association; they educate consumers on buying products from a NMEDA qualified dealer. They provide the needs for disabled people like products that promotes safety and assurance for them. This is really important to reach out the disabled people in which some are treated different by other society. It is imperative that we should response to these type of organizations and promote better welfare for all of us.
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of NMEDA. All opinions are 100% mine.

The most decorated athlete in Olympic history began a five-day trip to Vancouver by making a little news of his own. Michael Phelps told reporters that the 2012 London Olympics will be his last and that he won't attempt to repeat his eight-gold-medal performance in two years.
"I told myself I will not swim over the age of 30, and I will not swim over the age of 30," he said.
Phelps will be 27 at the London Olympics. He has won 14 gold medals in his career, five more than any other athlete. Though he didn't specifically say how many events he'd do in London, five or six would be the most likely (three relays plus two or three individual events).
Usually you can take athlete promises with a grain of salt — BRETT FAVRE — but Phelps strikes me as the kind of guy who will stay retired. Swimming is a sport for the young and a 31-year-old competing in the Olympics against 19-year-olds doesn't sound like an enviable task, even for the greatest in the history of the sport. Yet, Phelps didn't say he was retiring immediately after London. Could he stick around long enough to lure him back into the pool in 2016?
If anything, I'd bet more on Phelps coming back in 2020 than in 2016. Imagine that story: Out of the pool for eight years, the greatest Olympic champion returns for one event. That's the stuff from which lucrative endorsement deals are made.

I am always fond of downloading files from the internet. You can almost download anything from music games, pictures etc. All of these are now possible with the vast majority of upload and download sites. You can probably see many already have the latest and updated softwares downloaded, the most popular medium for downloading content is the torrent, the definition is said .
Torrent is a small file (around few kilobytes) with the suffix .torrent, which contains all the information needed to download a file the torrent was made for. That means it contains file names, their sizes, where to download from and so on.
Which means that almost every content available in the internet can be acquired and downloaded. The problem is that there are already many torrent sites out there that offer this kind of services. Some even provide subscriptions and other services. Thats why I always used torrents in getting the latest content.
I am also careful with other torrent sites wherein some of its files contain viruses that can harm my computer in more ways than one. Thats why I am very careful in using torrent sites and only use the most safe and have the highest rating for downloads. Especially when I download music , I always scan the file first before I open and used them.
Andal Ampatuan Jnr., a member of a politically powerful Muslim clan that was once allied to President Gloria Arroyo, impassively entered fresh pleas of "not guilty" as relatives of some of the dead wept outside the courtroom.
He now stands accused of ordering his armed followers to kill 57 people in the southern province of Maguindanao on November 23 last year in order to prevent a rival from running against him in May elections.
State prosecutors said some of the cases had only been filed this week because of difficulties finding investigators who were outside the influence of the defendant's powerful family.
The dead included Ampatuan's wife and his pregnant sister, as well as 30 journalists.
At the trial Wednesday the defendant, who is in his mid-40s, wore a blue shirt as he talked with his lawyers.
Earlier, Ampatuan's rival, Esmael Mangudadatu, testified that he had previously been warned by Arroyo and her chief aides that the Ampatuans were "dangerous" and that he should not cross them.
He also said that the military and police had refused to give security to his relatives and the journalists accompanying them as they went to file his candidacy.
Prosecutors allege the defendant and up to 100 members of his private army stopped the convoy on a highway in Maguindanao, kidnapped the victims at gunpoint and took them to a hillside where they were shot dead beside ready-dug mass graves.
Mangudadatu told the court that he personally called Arroyo by mobile phone the day after the massacre to inform her what happened. He did not say what her reaction was.
"I could not believe the highest office of the government could not serve or protect the people," Myrna Reblando, the widow of one of the slain journalists, said.
"There were intelligence reports saying this would happen, that these people would be waylaid. She could have done something. These were her people," she said.
Asked if she was referring to Arroyo, she sobbed: "Yes."
Before the killings, the Ampatuans were close political allies of Arroyo, who armed and used them to help contain Muslim separatist rebels.
They were expelled from Arroyo's ruling party after the massacre and the government disarmed their private army.

I have been searching for video for about the popular dancing inmates in Cebu, I was really amazed when I saw the news about how popular already they are not only in the Philippines but in the world as well, when they started the routine where it is only a part of the exercise in the facility, and when the video was uploaded in the internet, it was viewed and downloaded more than a million times.
Even the Video Search for it has gone more than what is expected, As of this moment they are already visited not only by the locals but the tourist as well. The inmates also earned revenue from the the visits and even gain fans from across the globe. It is very amazing how these people perform in front of the crowd with their status being an isolate in the community.
This is a good sign that people can still change in spite of their differences and even be an asset in the community. Though I can consider myself as lucky because I am not in a prison, but I always believe that these people can have second chances and I believe that even they are seen as an isolate from the society I know they can still change provided that they are well treated and seen in as a human being like ourselves

I Just received an email about office messages. If you are already in a corporate world (in short "working") or planning to, you can encounter different types of people with different personalities. It might not be easy especially if you are stressed, but still able to find ways to enjoy and still laugh at it all. One of these are email responses which can be either freaky or just plain funny. Maybe you can use these just to annoy somebody or a blogger ..lolz
Best Out of Office Messages:
1- I am currently out at a job interview and will reply to you if I fail to get the position. Be prepared for my mood.
2- You are receiving this automatic notification because I am out of the office. If I was in, chances are you wouldn’t have received anything at all.
3- Sorry to have missed you but I am at the doctors having my brain removed so that I may be promoted to management.
4- I will be unable to delete all the unread, worthless emails you send me until I return from vacation on 5/18. Please be patient and your mail will be deleted in the order it was received.
5- Thank you for your email. Your credit card has been charged $5.99 for the first ten words and $1.99 for each additional word in your message.
6- The e-mail server is unable to verify your server connection and is unable to deliver this message. Please restart your computer and try sending again. (The beauty of this one is that when you return, you can see how many in-duh-viduals did this over and over).
7- Thank you for your message, which has been added to a queuing system. You are currently in 352nd place and can expect to receive a reply in approximately 19 weeks.
8- Please reply to this e-mail so I will know that you got this message.
9- I am on holiday. Your e-mail has been deleted.
10- Hi. I’m thinking about what you’ve just sent me. Please wait by your PC for my response.
11- Hi! I’m busy negotiating the salary for my new job. Don’t bother to leave me any messages.
12- I’ve run away to join a different circus.
13- AND, FINALLY, ABSOLUTELY THE BEST: I will be out of the office for the next 2 weeks for medical reasons. When I return, please refer to me as ‘Loretta’ instead of ‘Anthony’

Almost everything can happen in our life today, even the unexpected and surprising as they say. But the truth is that we cannot control our future I mean not everything. There will always be a kind of event in which we do not expect to happen. Thats why the important thing is the you must always be prepared for everything.
As I was walking down the street ,I saw two cars collided, the first thing that come up in my mind is that how terrible it is if that were to happen to me, the good thing is that there is an HVG insurance for vehicles that can help compensate any expenses in terms in the vehicle. Insurances are very important because they can immediately assist the clients when there are certain events that are unexpected and need immediate attention or action in terms of monetary expenses or legal assistance. Of course you must also check the company if it is capable to handle these type of system. And I believe that this company can accommodate the needs of the client. I am very particular in insurances and very careful in applying for one because there many companies out there that are scams and will find a way to get the money of their clients.

First of all, I am not affiliated with any political official nor any political parties. If I am not mistaken , this is my first post about politics especially here in our country(Philippines). I just can't help but post this one for the seemingly popularity of the campaign I've ever seen. Some find it irritating or just plain for shows , some says its good (?? easy to remember i guess for the melody), I even heard people singing the song ,young or old(weird really) in the streets, offices, malls , etc.
Some even search for the web for the video and mp3 downloads , maybe thats why you are sent to this page and still continue reading it.
So here it is the video and lyrics(below) of the Manny Villar's Campaign song..
P.S : This is not a campaign nor an endorsement..
At kanyang plano'y magka-bahay tayo?
Si Villar ang tunay na mahirap.
si Villar ang tunay na may malasakit.
Si Villar ang may kakayahan
At gumawa ng sariling pangalan.
Si Manny Villar ang magtatapos
ng ating kahirapan.
