Libya Moamer Kadhafi is Now Dead (Pictures)

Moammar Gadhafi, Libya’s dictator for 42 years until he was ousted in an uprising-turned-civil war, was killed Thursday as revolutionary fighters overwhelmed his hometown of Sirte and captured the last major bastion of resistance two months after his regime fell.

Interim government officials said one of Gadhafi’s sons, his former national security adviser Muatassim, was also killed in Sirte and another, one-time heir apparent Seif al-Islam, was wounded and captured.

The 69-year-old Gadhafi is the first leader to be killed in the Arab Spring wave of popular uprisings that swept the Middle East, demanding the end of autocratic rulers and the establishment of greater democracy.

The World will end at October 21 says Harold Camping

Camping announced on his Family Radio Network website that just like his predictions on May 21, the end of the world will start by hourly earthquakes followed by tormented months to individuals who will be left on Earth. He used numerical codes from Bible and set the date for the Judgment day.

“Judgment day is near!” says Harold Camping, the radio preacher who predicted that the world would end on May 21. He hasn’t backed down from his claims and is now saying that everything will end on Friday, October 21.

Do you still believe him?

Ponce’s youngest daughter, 14, then rushed to the police when she heard several gunshots.

Ponce, however, shot himself in the head even before his daughter could ask for help.

Authorities are still investigating the incident. Recovered from the crime scene was a .45 caliber gun.

Relatives said the Ponce couple was having marital problems.

They said Emmanuel had an accident 10 years ago aboard the ship. A boom supposedly hit his head, which forced him to undergo operation.
